Другим ключевым направлением является укрепление сотрудничества с Украиной и странами Восточного партнерства. ЕС активно поддерживает интеграцию этих стран в своё экономическое и политическое пространство. Особое внимание уделяется процессу вступления Украины в ЕС, что станет важным символом солидарности и поддержки. Кроме того, Союз планирует инвестировать в инфраструктуру и модернизацию экономик стран Восточного партнерства, таких как Молдова и Грузия, с целью укрепления их независимости и устойчивости перед российским влиянием.
