In the era of globalization, the integration of domestic higher education in the international educational platform, and professional mobility, need for specialists is growing that can help establish intercultural and scientific ties as well as represent their country abroad, and respect the spiritual values of other countries and peoples. In this regard, the quality of higher education is characterized not only by the amount of knowledge in the specialty, but also by the ability of future graduates to communicate in foreign languages. The topicality of the research is the lack of professionally important qualities associated with business communication, the inconsistency of their development level with the requirements for the activities of a future specialist, lead to his long-term professional adaptation in production situations. This thesis aims to analyse the impact of interpersonal relationship in teaching Business communication as well as interpersonal skills required for teachers of Business English. The object of study in this work is interpersonal relationship, and the subject of study is the impact of interpersonal relations in teaching Business Communication. In accordance with the subject and object of research, the following tasks have been put forward: - To analyse the concept of interpersonal relationship - To identify the organizational and educational role of interpersonal relationship - To measure its impact in teaching a foreign language - To come up with particular solutions and recommendations The theoretical part will focus on academic research in the area of interpersonal relationship for a complete comprehension of the topic. Firstly, we generally introduce the concept of interpersonal relationship and its educational role as it represents the essential information for further research such as the interpersonal relationships between teacher and student.

Summing up we can say with confidence that the interpersonal skills are necessary for every teacher. First of all, the teacher must be an excellent psychologist who can predict the slightest changes in the mood of the students. Secondly, teacher should be able to find a common language with introverted and uncommunicative students, and also at the right time to control extraverts’ small talks to give other students to speak. In other words, teacher is the only person who can make students to stay motivated, organized, most importantly, educated via communication. The research findings also assert the vitality of interpersonal skills in enhancing students’ language acquisition. According to chapter 1, we can conclude that the good interpersonal skills of teachers not only double students’ interest in the subject but also help teachers to establish a resilient relationship with them. Neither students nor future teachers are taught soft skills such as leadership which covers interpersonal relations at institutions. Consequently, many students face ill- or unhealthy relationship problems in their workplaces later on. It generates a special demand for considering this skills as separate subject in institutions especially in the area of teaching. The main aim of this thesis was to analyze interpersonal relationships concerned with teaching Business Communication. The theoretical part focuses on the researches on interpersonal relationship in general and its importance in an educational context. Additionally, it deals with complications in student behaviour affected by social environment and seeks an appropriate approach to educate them.

An individual communication style is manifested primarily in speech etiquette, and is also demonstrated through non-verbal signals of the body: handshake, gaze and staging of the head; tone of voice; distance and position at the negotiating table; specificity of the used postures, gestures, body movements. Thus, effective communication requires knowledge of all its components, the possession of which ensures the communicative competence of a business person. Communicative competence is a combination of knowledge, skills, including: communication functions and features of the communicative process; types of communication and its main characteristics; means of communication: verbal and nonverbal; representative systems and their access keys; types of hearing and techniques for its use; “Feedback” - questions and answers; psychological and communicative types of partners, the specifics of interaction with them; forms and methods of business interaction; technologies and techniques for influencing people; methods for generating ideas and integrating staff for meaningful communication; selfpresentation and success strategies. The development of communicative competence is a necessary condition for effective professional activity.
